Occupy the Planet for a Sustainable Future March and Rally with Dr. Helen Caldicott

Join us for a march from Franklin Square Park at 13th and I Sts NW to the EPA at 12th and Pennsylvasnia Ave. where we will rally for the future of living things on the planet.

Tell the EPA to do it's job and protect the planet rather than protecting corporate profits!

Tell Lisa Jackson to reverse recent changes that weaken the Clean Air Act! These changes will result in 7,100 excess deaths as well as thousands of excess asthma attacks and visits to Emergency Rooms.

The health of living things and our future as a species depend on strengthening environmental protection - clean air, clean water, no nuclear, clean soil and building a truly green energy economy.

Dr. Helen Caldicott will speak about the need to end nuclear energy and weapons.

Dr. Marsha Coleman-Adebayo will speak about green crimes -  which green technologies are truly green and which are based on exploitation of people and the planet.

Dr. Margaret Flowers will speak about what it will take to create a healthy population in the US and in the world.
